Changing the Needle

  1. Switch the machine off.
  2. Lower the presser foot.
  3. Raise the needle.
  4. Loosen the fixing screw.
  6. Pull the needle down to remove.
  8. Hold the new needle with the flat side to the right and insert it as far up as it will go into the needle holder.
  10. Tighten the fixing screw.
