Raising/Lowering the Presser Foot

  1. To raise the presser foot, press the presser foot lever upwards.
  3. To raise the presser foot higher than the normal position, press the presser foot lever all the way up and hold it in place.
  4. To lower the presser foot, press the presser foot lever downwards.
