Presser Foot Selection

Sewing ► Presser Foot

The presser foot recommended for the selected stitch or embroidery design is displayed in the status bar.

The presser feet compatible with the machine are displayed in the Presser Foot Overview section.

Recommended presser feet are marked with the Recommended icon.

In order for the machine to check the compatibility of the stitch, presser foot, needle and stitch plate, you must select the attached presser foot in the Presser Foot Overview section. The selected presser foot is displayed in the status bar.

If the stitch pattern or the embroidery design is not compatible with the selected presser foot, this can lead to collisions - an error message will appear, the stitch in the stitch preview is shown in red and the machine does not start.

With the Recommended function, you can filter the overview by recommended presser feet.
