Tie-Off

The machine offers various options for securing the thread at the beginning and end of the seam.

At the Beginning of the Seam

• Manually sew a few stitches forward, then backward, then forward again.
• If the Securing Stitches function is switched on in the sewing settings before sewing begins, the machine secures automatically.

At the End of the Seam

• Manually sew a few stitches backward, then forward again.
• Press the Tie-Off button when securing is to be carried out.
• Press the button Thread Cutter.
• If the button for the Tie-Off function is activated in the sewing settings, the machine secures when the button is pressed and cuts the thread.
