Calibrating the Hoop

Settings ► Embroidery ► Hoop Calibration

Embroidery hoops need to be calibrated before the first use.

With the Hoop Calibration function, you can calibrate all hoops.

  1. Hoop the fabric with non-woven material.
  2. Place the template in the inner hoop onto the fabric.
  3. Attach the hoop.
  4. The machine recognizes the attached embroidery hoop and displays it in the status bar.
  5. Activate the Hoop Calibration function.
  6. If the needle is not positioned exactly at the center of the template, center the needle using the arrow buttons.
  7. Confirm the hoop calibration.

The setting is saved when the machine is switched off.
