Solution

Fabric does not feed well.

  1. Elongate the stitch length.
  2. Increase the Presser Foot Pressure for heavyweight fabric.
  3. Decrease the Presser Foot Pressure for lightweight fabrics.
  4. Check the setting of the Differential Feed.

Needle breaks

  1. Insert the needle correctly.
  2. Don't pull the fabric while sewing.
  3. Tighten the Needle Holder Screws.
  4. Select the appropriate needle for the sewing project and the weight of thread.

Thread breakage

  1. Reduce the Thread Tension.
  2. Check the threading path.
  3. Check whether the thread has become tangled or caught.
  4. Insert the needle correctly.
  5. Changing the needle
  6. Thread high-quality thread.

Skipped stitches

  1. Changing the needle
  2. Tighten the Needle Holder Screws.
  3. Match the needle size with the fabric/thread.

Fabric piles up

Machine not running

  1. Connect machine to the power source and switch it on.
