Thread Tension
The thread tension affects the quantity of thread used to form the stitch. Depending on the thread/fabric combination, you may need to increase or reduce the thread tension. You can adjust the respective thread tension using the corresponding Thread Tension Control.

Tip
When the presser foot is raised, the thread tension is released, allowing the inserted thread to move easily.
