Optimizing Stitches

The optimization of stitches should be carried out systematically. In the following, recommendations are listed for each stitch type to optimize the stitch formation by making specific changes to the machine settings.

  1. Carry out one action step after the other, starting from the top.
  2. Reduce the Thread Tension in the first place before increasing the Thread Tension.
  3. Alter the Thread Tensions only by half or one digit at a time.
  4. Perform a Sewing Test.
