3-Thread Super Stretch

Looper thread (red) wraps fabric edge too loosely.

  1. Increase the LL thread tension (red).
  2. Reduce the Micro Thread Control (mtc).
  3. Increase the cutting width CW.

Looper thread (red) wraps fabric edge too tightly.

  1. Reduce the LL thread tension (red).
  2. Increase the Micro Thread Control (mtc)
  3. Reduce the cutting width CW.
  4. Check the rolled hem lever N/R position.

The fabric edge forms a tunnel or rolls up.

  1. Reduce the LL thread tension (red).
  2. Increase the Micro Thread Control (mtc)
  3. Reduce the cutting width CW.
  4. Check the rolled hem lever N/R position.

The needle thread (yellow) forms loops on bottom side of the fabric.

  1. Reduce the LL thread tension (red).
  2. Increase the LN thread tension (yellow).

The needle thread (green) forms loops on bottom side of the fabric.

  1. Increase the RN thread tension (green).

The seam puckers.

  1. Reduce the LN thread tension (yellow).
  2. Reduce the RN thread tension (green).
  3. Set the differential feed between 1 and 0.6 (Stretching).
  4. Reduce the stitch length SL.
