3-Thread Picotstitch

The upper looper thread (blue) wraps fabric edge too loosely.

  1. Increase the UL thread tension (blue).
  2. Increase the cutting width CW.
  3. Reduce the stitch length SL.

The fabric edge doesn't curl as intended.

  1. Increase the cutting width CW.
  2. Increase the UL thread tension (blue).
  3. Reduce the stitch length SL.
  4. Check the rolled hem lever N/R position.

The upper looper thread (blue) wraps fabric edge too tightly.

  1. Reduce the UL thread tension (blue).
  2. Reduce the stitch length SL.

Lower looper thread (red) not straight along the needle thread.

  1. Increase the LL thread tension (red).
  2. Increase the RN thread tension (green).

The seam puckers.

  1. Set the differential feed between 1 and 0.6 (Stretching).
  2. Reduce the LL thread tension (red).
  3. Reduce the RN thread tension (green).
  4. Reduce the stitch length SL.

The needle thread (green) forms loops on bottom side of the fabric.

  1. Increase the RN thread tension (green).
