Perfoming a Sewing Test for an Chainstitch

    Prerequisite:

  1. The sewing start has been performed.
  1. Raise the presser foot.
  2. Place the fabric under the presser foot such that the presser foot lies completely on the fabric.
  3. Lower the presser foot.
  4. Press the foot control and sew slowly. Guide the fabric gently as the machine automatically feeds the material.
  5. Sew beyond the fabric end such that a thread chain is formed.
  6. Raise the presser foot.
  7. Pull the sewing project to the back left and pull the threads over the thread cutter.
  8. The seam end is secured.
  9. Assess the sewing test and make any necessary adjustments until the stitch setting matches the material combination.
