Looper threads (red/blue) form loops on the bottom side of fabric.

  1. Reduce LL-thread tension (red).
  2. Increase UL-thread tension (blue).

Looper threads (red/blue) form loops on the top side of fabric.

  1. Reduce UL-thread tension (blue).
  2. Increase LL-thread tension (red).

Needle thread (yellow) forms loops on bottom side of the fabric.

  1. Reduce LL-thread tension (red).
  2. Increase LN-thread tension (yellow).

The fabric edge forms a tunnel or curls.

  1. Reduce UL-thread tension (blue).
  2. Reduce LL-thread tension (red).
  3. Increase the mtc micro thread control.
  4. Reduce the cutting width CW.
  5. Check the rolled hem selection N/R position.

The seam puckers.

  1. Reduce LN-thread tension (yellow).
  2. Set the differential feed between 1 and 0.6 (stretching).
  3. Reduce the stitch length SL.
