Attaching Cutwork Tool

The CutWork Tool is available optionally. It is not included in the standard delivery of this machine.

The CutWork Tool is a very sharp accessory. Special care is required when working with this tool and keep fingers away from the sharp knife. You can find more information in the CutWork book, which is packaged with the CutWork tool.

In CutWork Mode, the upper thread, bobbin thread and thread cut sensor are deactivated.

    Prerequisite:

  1. The stitch plate CutWork/Straight is attached.
  1. Remove the embroidery foot.
  2. Remove the needle.
  3. Insert the CutWork Tool with the flat side to the back as far up as it will go (1). Tighten the fixing screw (2).
  5. Attach the embroidery foot.
  6. Select the attached embroidery foot in the embroidery foot selection.
  7. Rotate the CutWork Tool according to the information on the color display (3).
