Cleaning the Feed Dog

Remaining threads under the stitch plate must occasionally be removed.

  1. Raise the needle and presser foot.

  2. CAUTION

    Risk of injury near the needle and the hook.

    1. Switch off the machine and disconnect it from the power supply.
  3. Remove the needle and presser foot.
  4. Lower feed dog.
  6. Remove the stitch plate.

  7. NOTICE

    Dust and thread remnants inside the machine

    Damage to mechanical and electronic components.

    1. Use a brush or a soft cloth.
    2. Do not use compressed air spray.
  8. Clean the feed dog with the brush.
